Are you ready to take off? We will join you on your first mission at the foundation and startup stage!
In the form of a direct (minority) shareholding and if applicable in conjunction with an additional subordinated loan, we acquire shares in your startup. We will therefore become the lead investor in your company. Co-investors such as VCs, Business Angels, "Family & Friends" or a contribution of your own as a founder are desirable in this stage.
Your innovative and fast-growing startup should not be more than five years old and should not be listed on the stock exchange.
Growth financing
Propel yourself to the next level with our growth financing ! Whether you plan to expand your business or as part of a company succession, we will invest in your dynamic company together with co-investors to ensure you get off to a flying start.
In the growth and expansion phase, we invest in small and medium-sized enterprises in the State of Brandenburg via direct shareholdings or quasi equity funds.

Investment by Brandenburg Kapital – this is how it works
1. You send us your pitch deck
Send us your pitch deck or business plan by email or via our contact form. We will, of course, treat your documents with the utmost confidentiality.
2. We check your business model
Based on your documents we will look at whether it is basically possible for Brandenburg Kapital to provide you with equity financing. Get us intrigued about your idea, team, product and the market potential!
3. You present your pitch
If we were impressed by your pitch deck, we will invite you to present your pitch and introduce yourself to us in Potsdam– your chance to inspire us with your company!
4. We negotiate
You’ve convinced us? We will then negotiate a term sheet and take a closer look at your company in detail during anin-depth due diligence review.
5. We are looking for co-investors
Usually, we invest in your company together with other investors. These can be investors that we recommend from our extensive network or that you have actively brought on board.
6. You receive our financing commitment
Nothing else standing in the way of a joint start? Then it's on to the contract negotiations and finally the signing of the contract with the notary. You should allow four to six months for the entire process.
