Potsdam – 14 October 2021. Veganz Group, in the portfolio of Brandenburg Kapital, is preparing to go public. The company, which offers purely plant-based/vegan foods, is planning an IPO in the Scale market segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in November. The offering is to include new shares from a capital increase and existing shares from certain shareholders.

The selling shareholders intend to sell shares as part of the IPO in order to ensure sufficient free float and liquidity in the trading of the company's shares. The company intends to use the majority of the targeted gross proceeds for the construction of its new production facility in Brandenburg and for investments in further organic and inorganic growth for Veganz.
