Peregrine joins European digital ecosystem initiative
Potsdam/Berlin - 4. February 2022. Peregrine Technologies GmbH's intelligent camera software (visual intelligence behind the windshield) makes logistics vehicles and mobility services safer, more efficient and more sustainable. The knowledge gained from the vehicle's visualized environment can also be used to improve traffic safety, for example of pedestrians and cyclists along logistics routes.
The company has now announced that it has been selected as one of 80 industry and academic partners to join the European digital ecosystem initiative Gaia-X 4 Future Mobility, which is coordinated by the Institute for AI Security at the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft - und Raumfahrt (German Aerospace Center).
Together with all of the initiative partners, the company aims to develop the foundations for intelligent traffic infrastructures, vehicle technology concepts and associated industrial applications. These include, for example, improving the safety, operability and efficiency of autonomous vehicles.
Brandenburg Kapital GmbH has been supporting the company together with Vector Partners since 2020.
