Brandenburg Kapital - News about Synfioo GmbH

Portfolio company Synfioo has been acquired by project44

Potsdam - April 2022. Brandenburg Kapital, the VC arm of Brandenburg's development bank ILB, successfully sold its shares in Potsdam-based Synfioo GmbH to project44, the world's leading transportation visibility platform, in March of this year.

Synfioo operates a software platform for real-time monitoring of transport chains. Logistics firms and their customers thus have an overview of transport progress, arrival times and disruptive influences at all times.

As an early-stage investor in 2017, Brandenburg Kapital already invested in Synfioo as part of a seed financing. By acquiring the market leader, the Synfioo solution will become available to an even larger circle of users, thereby globally enhancing the potential of the technology, says Sebastian Bertram, responsible investment manager at Brandenburg Kapital.
