Potsdam – 9 August 2022. Brandenburg Kapital GmbH has successfully invested in elearnio GmbH from Potsdam, which offers a talent management software for SMEs. The company was founded by Jörn Köster and Lars Krüger. With elearnio's software platform, companies have the opportunity to make the employee induction process as well as employee further education and training easier, more interactive and thereby more sustainable and efficient. Having a structured induction and sustainable training are important drivers for employee success and motivation. Companies that actively support their workforce in constantly learning new knowledge achieve higher employee loyalty and retention in the long run.

After a successful start-up phase in 2020, with the acquisition of the first pilot customers, the Potsdam-based company was able to convince business angels of its idea in the last financial year. With the current financing with Brandenburg Kapital‘s Early-stage and Growth Fund, the sustainable market entry is now to be achieved. A large part of the funds will flow into the expansion of software platform sales and further development.
