Clean Tech Start-up Green secures €12 million in funding for AI-supported heating optimization
Potsdam – January 2025. Green Fusion, a pioneer in the digitalization and optimization of heating systems in multi-family homes, has closed a Series A financing round totaling 12 million euros. The round was led by HV Capital and XAnge. All existing investors such as BitStone Capital, Übermorgen, Kopa, Vireo and Brandenburg Kapital have also participated again in this round.
With the new financing, Green Fusion is fully focused on scaling and expansion. The capital will be directed into key areas such as installation, sales, product development and customer support to propel the company's growth to the next level. The goal: By 2025, Green Fusion aims to equip 4,000 apartment buildings with its software, achieving a growth rate of 300 percent. At the same time, Green Fusion will expand its presence in Austria and Italy as well as in France and the Benelux countries through pilot projects. This will pave the way for European expansion.
Brandenburg Kapital GmbH has been supporting the company since 2023.

monitors, analyzes and optimizes heating and energy systems in buildings using artificial intelligence.
