Since its initial investment in 2020, Brandenburg Kapital has supported the growth and development of the Berlin- and Potsdam-based AI company. During this period, Peregrine established itself as a specialist in AI-powered image and video analytics, developing innovative solutions for mobility and fleet management applications.

By joining YellowFox, Peregrine is entering the next phase of its corporate development. Through this acquisition, the telematics provider YellowFox is strengthening its in-house artificial intelligence capabilities and increasing its technological independence.

Since 2018, Peregrine has been developing an AI-powered video telematics solution for professional fleet management. The technology analyzes traffic situations, driving behavior, vehicle surroundings, and the vehicle interior in real time. It detects potential hazards and provides drivers with timely warnings.
