Successful exit of AneCom AeroTest

Strategic investors acquire shares in Wildau company


Wildau/Potsdam, January 2019. AneCom AeroTest GmbH, located in the Wildau Technology Park has announced a successful exit. As a globally sought-after partner for development programs in the engine and gas turbine industry, AneCom offers services for the development and testing of engines in the aviation industry. Since its foundation in 2002, it has experienced an impressive economic development. Today, more than 230 employees are employed at the company's headquarters.

KBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (KBB), a subsidiary of the Brandenburg development bank ILB, entered at the early stages of the company's development and has actively accompanied the business development since then. The shares held have now been sold to two international companies in the aviation industry and the company management.
